It dates back over 2000 years and originates amongst the kalari martial artists of Kerala on the southern coast of India. In Malayalam, the local dialect, it is literally translated as “massage by foot pressure”.

Chinese Massage

Hydrotherm Massage

Hydrotherm massage involves the client lying face up on cushions filled with warm water. The therapist, using oil, massages the clients body from between the cushions and the clients body so the massage is in an upward motion. The warmth from the cushions helps the muscles relax.

This massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing. Indian Head massage provides relaxation and healing. The massage focuses on releasing the stress accumulated in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Kahuna Bodywork

Kahuna bodywork is a rite of passage, a way to help clients understand themselves and change their lives. It uses concepts and moves of Hawaiian martial arts together with elements of massage, the forearms are used  a lot as well as the fingers and hands.

Kalari Foot Massage / Kalari Chikitsa

The country Kerala on the south of India is the main centre of Ayurveda and the country of ancient traditional martial art Kalaripayattu and classic dance Kathkali. Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi massage is a form of full body massage that is unlike any other massage modality.  As a client receiving a Lomi Lomi massage the main difference you will notice is that the massage is performed on your entire body at once.  Unlike most other massages where the therapist uncovers and treats one body region at a time, in a Lomi Lomi massage the therapist will use long flowing strokes that go from head to toe in a continuous, rhythmic movement massaging both the top and the underside of your body.

M Technique

The ‘M’ Technique® is a method of structured touch. Each movement and sequence is done a set number of times, in a set pattern, at a set pressure and set speed that never change.

Manual Lymph Drainage

This type of massage is used to reduce swelling from lymphoeoema. The aim of the massage technique is to move excess fluid to an area of the body where the lymphatic system can deal with it. The massage involves gentle pressure.


The rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the body with the hands, especially to relieve tension or pain.
